Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms, although spacious, were tucked away behind the event venues and had some cleanliness issues. On the bright side, the location is great for exploring Santa Fe, with many attractions within walking distance.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. Despite the room not matching the advertisement and being small with a mildew scent, it did have a charming fireplace that unfortunately we didn't get to use. At $225 for one night in room #251, I expected more.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit cramped and lacked a shower handle, but they did have a king-sized bed and a cozy fireplace with a nice alcove for reading or working. The outdoor patio with a fireplace and sitting area was a bonus. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff making great recommendations. The location was convenient, close to downtown Santa Fe and within walking distance of key attractions. Dining options were good with healthy choices available. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor areas for improvement.
